This Privacy Policy explains how Flowa Grace ("I," "me," or "my") collects, uses, and protects information from visitors to alignandenlighten.com (the "Site"). I take privacy seriously and aim to be transparent about what happens with your information.
This policy is written in compliance with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

Information you give me directly:
Your name and email address when you sign up for my newsletter, fill out a contact form, or submit an application
Your name, email, time zone, and any details you share when you book a session through Calendly
Any additional information you choose to share through forms, applications, or messages
Information collected automatically:
Basic analytics data through Google Analytics and Meta Pixel — including your approximate location, device type, browser, pages visited, and how you arrived at the Site
Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Cookies section below)
I do not collect payment information directly. If you purchase an offering, payment is processed through a third party (Squarespace Commerce, Stripe, or similar), and I never see or store your full card details.
How I Use Your Information
I use the information I collect to:
Respond to your inquiries and applications
Schedule and conduct sessions you've booked
Send you newsletters and updates if you've subscribed (you can unsubscribe anytime)
Understand how visitors use the Site so I can improve it
Comply with legal obligations
I do not sell your personal information. I do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Your information may be processed by the following service providers, who handle data on my behalf:
Squarespace — Site hosting, forms, and analytics
Typeform — for data collection for potentially working together.Calendly — Session scheduling

Newsletter subscribers' information is kept until you unsubscribe.
Security
I take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is completely secure. By using the Site, you acknowledge this inherent risk.
International Data Transfers
Some of my service providers (Squarespace, Google, Meta, Calendly) are based in the United States. By using the Site, you consent to your information being processed in the U.S. and other countries that may have different data protection laws than your own.
Children
The Site and my services are not intended for anyone under 18. I do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Welcome. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of alignandenlighten.com and any services offered by Flowa Grace ("I," "me," or "my"). By using this Site or booking any of my offerings, you agree to these Terms.
If you don't agree with any part of these Terms, please don't use the Site or my services.
About Me
I am Flowa Grace, a sole proprietor based in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. I offer holistic coaching, somatic therapy, Vedic astrology readings, Human Design readings, group programs, and private ceremonial work.
Nature of My Work
My offerings are educational, supportive, and explorative in nature. They are intended to support your personal growth, self-understanding, and wellbeing.
My services are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological, or legal advice or treatment. If you are dealing with a medical or mental health condition, please work with appropriately licensed professionals. I am not currently practicing under my Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) credential, and my work with you is not clinical therapy.
You are responsible for your own choices, decisions, and outcomes. By engaging with my work, you acknowledge that personal growth is a process, results vary from person to person, and I make no guarantees about specific outcomes.
My Offerings
My True Nature App / Align & Enlighten Community
Subscription-based access to community content, calls, and resources
Cancel anytime through your account settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll retain access until then
No partial refunds for unused time within a billing period
Align & Enlighten Integrative Experience (4-month container)
A four-month one-on-one program with six hours of session time per month, plus messaging support
Application required. Begins with a Vision Call to ensure mutual fit
Non-refundable once booked. This reflects the commitment, preparation, and dedicated time involved in this work
Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 7 days' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 7 days' notice may be considered used
Payment plans, if offered, must be completed in full regardless of completion of the program
Sacred Medicine Ceremony
Available by application only, for those who have completed the inquiry process
Includes preparation sessions, the ceremony itself, integration sessions, and ongoing support
A separate ceremony waiver and informed consent form must be signed before participation. That waiver governs the ceremonial portion of the work specifically
Non-refundable once the preparation phase has begun. This reflects the deep preparation involved on both sides
Travel and accommodation costs (whether I travel to you or you travel to me) are separate and discussed during the inquiry process
One-Off Readings & Sessions
Vedic astrology, Human Design, and standalone session bookings follow the rescheduling and refund terms specified at the time of booking
General rule: 7 days' notice for rescheduling; non-refundable once booked
Payments
Payment for offerings is due at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been explicitly arranged in writing. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through third-party providers (Squarespace, Stripe, or similar).
Failed payments on payment plans may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — writing, teachings, frameworks, recordings, course materials, and original visual work — is my intellectual property unless otherwise credited. You may share Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes with proper attribution. You may not reproduce, sell, or repurpose my content commercially without written permission.
Materials shared with you during sessions or programs (recordings, worksheets, personalized chart readings) are for your personal use only and may not be redistributed.
Confidentiality
What you share with me in sessions stays with me. I treat client conversations as confidential, with the following standard exceptions:
If I have reason to believe you or someone else is in immediate danger
If I am legally compelled (subpoena, court order)
If you give me explicit permission to share
I may use general, fully anonymized themes from client work in teaching or writing, but never specific identifying details without your written consent.
Communications
By booking a session or subscribing to my newsletter, you consent to receiving emails from me related to your services or subscription. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications anytime, but transactional emails (related to active bookings) will continue as needed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, my liability for any claim arising from the Site or my services is limited to the amount you paid me in the six months preceding the claim. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, unless otherwise required by law.
Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here. Continued use of the Site or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
