Holistic Intensive Container
Change is possible in days, not months.
For Individuals, Couples, and Groups
In-Person or Online
Who this is for, and why
Some people sense that real change, for them, isn't going to come from stretching things out over half a year, one session at a time. Perhaps you want to set everything else aside for a handful of days, go all the way in, and come back out the other side genuinely different — the way a powerful retreat or a life-changing event can shift someone, except this one is built entirely around you, your relationship, or your team, rather than a stage, a meditation hall, or an exotic location with a room full of strangers.
This is for individuals, couples, or groups who have the readiness to go deep now, and who'd rather commit fully for a short stretch than commit partially for a long one. It’s for those who sense that something is stuck — in how you’re relating to yourself and to each other, and want real outside support to find it and actually shift it, not just talk about it.
If that's you, this container was built with you in mind.
Why days instead of months
Weekly sessions ask you to learn, release, and grow and then go integrate into a life built around the old pattern. Change is 100% possible that way, and if that’s the way that fits for you then Align and Enlighten Integrative Container is for you. This Holistic Intensive Container works differently — everything else falls away for a number of days. The change takes hold and life doesn’t pull you back into old rhythms. You leave not with insight to slowly implement, but with something already rebuilt inside your life.
What we work with:
A Holistic Framework
Your charts — Vedic astrology, Human Design, and any others that feel relevant to your situation and growth desires. These are maps for understanding what's really moving through you. Rather than treating your chart as fortune-telling, we use it as a working document — a way to name your actual timing, gifts, edges, and dynamics — so you're not fighting your own nature but learning to move with it.
Nervous system regulation and somatic practice — This is the ground everything else stands on. Insight alone does not change a pattern.
Coherence — Drawing on HeartMath's research into physiological coherence, we work with bringing heart, mind, and nervous system into alignment together, rather than treating emotional regulation as a purely mental exercise.
Nutrition and daily lifestyle — This is the architecture that either supports your growth or quietly undermines it. What you eat, how you sleep, your self-care practices, and the rhythms of your ordinary days either reinforce the changes we're making together or work against them — so we look honestly at your daily life rhythm.
Herbal medicine and plant allies — Traditional and herbal approaches woven into daily lifestyle support, sometimes timed to natural or lunar rhythms, treating plants as genuine medicine and teachers, not just supplements.
Extended fasting and seasonal practice — Using fasting and attunement to natural cycles as tools for resetting the body and sharpening awareness, not as a diet strategy.
Meditation — built as an actual felt-sense practice during our time together, not just discussed as an idea. Drawing from years of my own meditation training, including extended silent retreat, I help you find a practice that's sustainable for your actual life.
Yoga — From my own years of practice and teacher training, yoga becomes a tool for building the felt sense of embodiment that underlies everything else we do — not a separate "wellness activity," but part of how the nervous system work actually gets practiced in the body.
Breathwork — Breath as a direct lever on nervous system state — used both for regulation and for accessing deeper, non-ordinary layers of awareness when that's part of what you're working toward.
Free movement and dance — Contact improv, ecstatic and unstructured dance, even handstands and shaking as embodied discharge — movement as medicine, not exercise, and a direct route into presence and aliveness.
Circling and Authentic Relating — Real-time relational practice, learning to stay present and honest with another or others as it's actually happening, not just discussing patterns after the fact. This is where insight becomes lived skill — practicing presence, honesty, and attunement live, with immediate feedback, rather than theorizing about connection from a distance.
Dyad work — structured one-on-one practice for depth, presence, and honest communication between two people. A focused container for slowing down enough to actually hear and be heard, often surfacing what's been sitting just beneath the surface of a relationship or an inner pattern.
Tantra practice — Weaving ancient energetic connection practices for depth of seeing and being seen. This work is about presence, breath, and energy — bringing awareness into the body relationally, helping you meet your own aliveness.
Nature immersion — Time in genuine wilderness, not just "outside" — treating direct relationship with land, water, plants, and animals as a legitimate teacher and regulator, not a backdrop.
Communication and conflict resolution skills (for couples and groups) — Education and practiced. We work with what's actually happening between you, building real skills for navigating disagreement and difference with honesty instead of avoidance or old scripts.
Feng shui and Chinese astrology wisdom — bringing your physical space into alignment with the life you're building. Environment shapes nervous system state as much as anything internal does; where you live and how it's arranged either supports the change you're working toward or quietly works against it.
Systemic pattern-finding — Locating where energy is leaking, where old hierarchy is quietly running, and where the same tension keeps resurfacing in a new shape. Rebuilding toward something more evolved, matching Nu Earth ethos, collective leadership, self-and-collective trust.
Frequently Asked Questions
Format & Logistics
How many days is the Intensive?
This is shaped around what you actually need — we land on the length together on your Vision Call, based on what you're working with and what depth you're after.
Is it in person or remote?
Either. In-person work happens wherever makes sense — your space, mine, or somewhere else entirely. Remote intensives use the same structure and depth, just over video.
What does a typical day actually look like?
Full, yes spacious — real learning and growth, real rest, and space to integrate as we go rather than being pushed through content back to back. We'll map the actual daily rhythm together once we know the shape of your intensive.
Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?
Nothing extensive. I'll send you what's useful to think about or gather (chart details, any relevant context) ahead of time, so our days together go straight into the work instead of the groundwork.
Is there a minimum or maximum group size?
Yes — there's a range that keeps the work genuinely personal rather than diluted. We'll talk through your group's size on the Vision Call to see if it fits.
What if someone in our group can't attend all the days?
The depth of this work depends on continuity. If your group has people in and out, we'll talk through whether a modified structure still serves you, or whether this isn't the right format yet.
Investment
What does this cost?
$2,000-$10,000 depending on group size and length of intensive
What's the cancellation policy?
[To be added — worth having something here given the scale of time being blocked out on both sides]
Is This Right for Me / Us
How do I know if I want this instead of ongoing container work?
If you're craving total immersion over gradual unfolding — if "a little each week" is not where you’re at, the intensive is for you.
What if my partner is hesitant but I'm ready?
This work goes further when both people actually want to be there. If one of you is unsure, that's worth talking through together first — I'm happy to have a conversation with both of you before booking to see where you each actually stand.
What if only some of my team/community is on board?
Real buy-in from the people in the room matters more than leadership deciding on everyone's behalf — this is already part of what we screen for on the Are We a Fit page. If your team isn't there yet, that's useful information, not a dead end.
Do I need to have worked with you before?
No — though if you have, we'll build on what we already know about you rather than starting from zero.
What Actually Happens
Will I be pushed past my comfort zone?
Growth usually asks something of you, yes — but this isn't about being pushed past your capacity. We work at the edge of what's ready to move, not past it.
Is this therapy, coaching, or something else?
It draws from all of it — clinical training, somatic and nervous-system work, astrology and Human Design, relational and conflict-resolution skill-building — rather than fitting neatly into one box. Perhaps there are no boxes at all.
What if something difficult comes up that we're not prepared for?
That's part of what I'm here to hold — pacing, aftercare, and knowing when to slow down are built into how I facilitate, not something added on if things get hard.
Confidentiality & Group Work
How is confidentiality handled in a group setting?
This is worth understanding clearly before you book: in group and team work, I can't offer the same one-to-one confidentiality that individual or couples counselling carries. We'll set clear group agreements together at the start about what stays in the container — but if your team needs formal, legally binding confidentiality (for HR-sensitive matters, for example), that's a conversation worth having with me directly before we begin.
Will individuals be singled out in front of the group?
No one is put on the spot without their consent. The work moves at the pace and depth the group and each person in it can actually hold.
Is this a substitute for HR mediation or a workplace investigation?
No — if your team is navigating something that needs a formal HR or legal process, this isn't a replacement for that. This is relational and systemic work, not investigation or dispute resolution in a legal sense.
After the Intensive
What happens once it's over?
Together we decide on a post-retreat follow-up structure for check-ins and coaching calls to maintain optimal integration.
How it works
We begin with a Vision Call, simply to understand what you're carrying and what kind of change you're hoping for. From there, we shape the intensive together — how many days feel right, whether it happens in person or remotely, and whether it's just you, you and a partner, or your wider group.
