Every held breath, every braced shoulder, every moment you didn't get to fully feel — it's all still in there. Woven into the fascia, stored in the tissue, waiting to be held.

This is slow, intuitive, hands-on work where we listen to your body together and let it unwind at the pace it actually trusts. No forcing, no fixing, no agenda the body didn't choose. Just presence, breath, skilled touch, and the deep remembering that happens when a nervous system finally feels safe enough to let go.

We rarely think our way Home. We feel our way there. This is that.

What this is…

  • Intuitive & energetic — I follow what your body is asking for in the moment, not a fixed protocol. Your system leads; my hands listen.

  • Myofascial release — working with the connective tissue that holds our oldest patterns, inviting it to soften and rehydrate and let go of what it's been carrying.

  • Breath & pranic work — deep, conscious breath to move stuck life force and bring aliveness back to the places that went quiet.

  • Coregulating presence — my settled nervous system as a steady anchor for yours. So much of the healing here happens simply because you're not alone in it.

  • Optional somatic experiencing weaving — when it serves, gently tracking and releasing what the body has stored, so old activation can finally complete and move through.

  • It's life-force work. It's nervous-system work. It's the body remembering it was always allowed to be here.

What a session holds

We begin where you are — a few minutes to land, to breathe, to let your system arrive. Then we move into the work itself: a flowing, responsive blend of fascial touch, breath, and presence, following your body's lead the whole way. We close gently, with time to integrate before you return to your day, so nothing gets rushed and you leave actually landed.

You stay comfortably clothed throughout. This is professional, consent-led somatic work — nothing happens without your clear yes, the pace is always yours, and you can pause or stop anything at any moment. Your safety and your autonomy are the ground the whole thing stands on.

The Details

  • Session length: 45-60 minutes

  • Where: in person — currently offering on Salt Spring Island, and as I travel. Reach out for current availability and where I'll be.

  • Investment: Pay-What-You-Can after based on value received and financial capacity. (Minimum $100 to book.)

  • Good to know: wear something soft and comfortable, come hydrated, and give yourself a gentle window afterward — this work keeps moving in you for a while.

Come deeply into your body

I have gotten feedback that my body-work is like a psychedelic experience without substances and that it has given humans a new and different way of relating with their body and their experience of being in their body.

You don't have to carry it the way you've been carrying it. The body knows how to come Home — it just needs the right conditions, the right presence, the right pace, the right experience.
